Chris is an entrepreneur at heart and a champion of change, with a massive passion for driving technology innovation. For the past 15 years he has served as an investor and advisor to a range of oilfield services, equipment manufacturers, and oilfield technology startups. Chris was a co-founder of PacWest Consulting Partners and Digital H2O, oilfield data/research/software companies that were acquired by IHS and Genscape, respectively. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in systems engineering from the University of Virginia. In his free time, Chris enjoys travel, food, wine, and spending time with his two young boys.

Keith Norman

Keith is Head of Technology Partnerships for AWS Energy and Utilities, where his team works with technology partners to collaboratively solve the energy industry’s most challenging workflows across the energy value chain. He was previously an executive at ExxonMobil where he spent 17 years leading engineering and operations organizations building and running upstream assets in the US, Angola, Chad, Nigeria, and Russia. He led Engineering for XOM’s USA Upstream portfolio, as VP of Engineering for XOM’s Russian businesses, and was Global Head of Upstream Safety, Health, and Environment for the Corporation. He is now based in San Francisco, where he worked to accelerate the adoption of energy technology startups across more than 100 O&G and Utilities companies before joining AWS in 2021.

Michael Yoho
Director of Operational Technology

Michael Yoho hails from Pittsburgh, PA where he currently serves as the Director of Operational Technology at CNX Resources. Michael serves as the confluence of people, process, and technology.

Michael has been an integral part in changing CNX from a legacy coal company into a 158-year-old startup company. During Michael’s 22-year career with CNX and legacy companies, Michael has served roles with CNX’s Coal Operations, SCM, E&P IT, E&P Operations, Big Data Team, Innovation and Transformation, Data Governance Board, IRTOC and PMO Teams. Displaying a profound passion for aligned value transformations he was the originator of CNX’s Well Head Production Control Room, Integrated Real Time Operations Center, Big Data Team, Operational Technology Team and Data Governance Board.

Michael holds degrees from West Virginia University and the University of Pittsburgh and continues to enrich his knowledge through classes at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business.
