At ExxonMobil, Keith served as VP of Engineering for US Conventional Operations, VP of Engineering for our Russian Operations, and Global Head of Safety, Health, and Environment for the Upstream business unit. Keith recently transitioned to the startup world, focusing on emerging technology addressing operational challenges in O&G, P&U, and Renewables. At AWS, Keith works directly with Energy asset owners to understand the problems they are trying to solve and help identify and deploy Partner Solutions to address their problems.

Bobby Chapman is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Energy Services. Having garnered more than 40 years of industry expertise, Bobby now leads the Catalyst Energy Services team in research, engineering new technology, and the implementation of cutting-edge methods within the fracturing arm of the energy sector to improve operating efficiency and lower environmental impact. Bobby is considered a start-up specialist in the energy industry, in addition to a thought leader by his peers.

Seth Moore

Seth Moore is the co-founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Catalyst Energy Services. Having garnered more than 34 years of industry expertise, Seth now dedicates himself to research, engineering new technology, and the implementation of cutting-edge methods within the fracturing arm of the energy sector to improve operating efficiency and lower environmental impact. Seth is considered a thought leader by his peers and has garnered extensive recognition in the industry.
